2. Services and Orders

Our Services are sold individually through the Site’s catalog, with pricing listed in US Dollars (USD). Each service listing includes a description of the scope of work included. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to request changes to the website, store platform, or accounts referenced in your order (e.g. your Shopify/WooCommerce store, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center);
• The information and access you provide to us (login credentials, product data, brand guidelines, etc.) is accurate and that you are authorized to share it; and
• You have read and understood the scope of the specific service(s) you are purchasing.

Work begins once payment has been received and any information or access required to complete the service has been provided. Delivery timelines vary by service and will be communicated at the time of order or shortly after.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (PesaPal), which supports major cards and mobile money options. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Refunds

Because our Services are digital and delivery-based, refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. No Guarantee of Search Rankings

SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your industry’s competitiveness. While we apply current SEO best practices to every engagement, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes as a result of our Services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery of our Services often depends on you providing accurate information and, where applicable, timely access to your website, hosting, or third-party accounts (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, your store’s admin panel). Delays caused by missing access or information may extend delivery timelines and are not considered a failure to deliver on our part.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your order (such as written copy, schema markup, or audit reports) become your property to use on your store. Eco Sapphire retains the right to reference completed work, in general terms, for our own portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

All content on the Site itself — including text, graphics, logos, and the Site’s design — is the property of Eco Sapphire or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eco Sapphire’s total liability arising from any order or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of our Services or the Site.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some Services involve interaction with third-party platforms (Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, review apps, backlink hosts, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account issues on those third-party platforms that are outside our control.
